This onsite, fully furnished two-bedroom house is a private boat house set above the Bay of Utila. It features a private living area, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms with double doors opening onto the outdoor patio.
It’s wrap-around deck has panoramic ocean views and two hammocks. A queen size bed is in the main bedroom and either 2 single beds or 1 king bed in the other room. Drinking water, A/C, WIFI and Utila Digital TV with movies in Spanish and English are included, free of charge.
You will be amazed by the stunning view of the island’s bay area from the Bayview Room’s shared porch. Located on the second floor at the back of our main building. On its porch you will have a breezy space with a small wooden table and two Tiffany blue chairs providing a touch of elegance. You could also spend some time admiring the breathtaking view laying on a colorful handcrafted hammock. The Bayview Room features a spacious deluxe king size bed, or if you prefer, two convenient single size beds, to host 2 persons.
This adorable two bedroom unit is located upstairs at the front of our Caribbean island style main building. It offers a private porch facing the island’s picturesque Main Street. Here you will find a small artisan handmade table with two wooden chairs and a hanging swing for you to enjoy the refreshing breeze coming from the fresh water lagoon. The Lagoon Room features a comfortable queen size bed and two convenient single size beds to easily accommodate four persons.
